Small personalized class sizes, for all levels of Fitness:- 

The Fitness Classes at Purity Gym are designed and delivered to allow Clients of all levels of fitness to participate, no matter what your level of fitness, you can enjoy and benefit from our classes.

With 3 separate studios running classes of between 6 – 10 people this means our instructors can focus on giving you more attention, Unlike other Gyms that run classes of 20 people which lacks any personal attention from the instructor.

The Fitness Classes provided by Purity Cover a variety of disciplines and concepts such as:

Kettlebell Class – A small weight is used to perform various toning helping with balance power and muscle.

Vibe Cycle – Exercise to music in a class on a spin bike this class is suitable for all abilities.

Body Pump – Barbell class uses low weighs loads with with high reps to music.

Legs, Bums and Tums – Mixed class for Male and Female members shaping and toning the leg, bum and tummy.

HIIT – High Intensity Training very popular for weight loss and a great cardiovascular workout.

Circuits – 20 to 30 seconds work outs with each exercise then a 30 second recovery break before moving to the next station

Intense Core – Known by many names this class is for working your Abs and Core muscle groups.

Box Fit – Low impact and high energy workout using pad work with all equipment provided (Non Contact Class)
